2. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) for the United States market
  • All prices are listed in Colombian Pesos (COP) for the Colombian market
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time
  • Prices at the time of purchase will be honored for confirmed orders

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized activity, or payment issues are suspected
  • You will be notified by email if your order is canceled and a full refund will be issued

4. Cash on Delivery — Colombia Only

  • Cash on delivery (Pago Contra Entrega) is available exclusively in Colombia
  • Not available in Chocó and surrounding areas
  • The customer must provide accurate and truthful information
  • Orders may be confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp before shipment
  • Refusing to receive a cash on delivery order may result in restrictions on future purchases

5. Product Use

  • All products are intended for personal use only
  • Fengari Basics is not responsible for any misuse, allergic reactions, or adverse effects resulting from improper use of our products
  • Please read all product labels and instructions carefully before use

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Fengari Basics and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Fengari Basics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Agreement to Policies By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to all of our store policies, including our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
