Return & Refund Policy
At Fengari Basics, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Conditions
🇺🇸 United States
- Returns accepted within 7 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging
🇨🇴 Colombia
- Returns accepted within 5 business days of delivery, in accordance with Law 1480 of 2011 (Right of Withdrawal)
- Items must be unused, sealed, and in perfect condition
Non-Returnable Items ❌ We do not accept returns on opened fragrances or skincare products for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales on opened items are final.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- If the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, Fengari Basics will cover the return shipping cost
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
